We read every message and usually reply within a few days. It helps to include your phone model (for example iPhone 17 or iPhone Duo), its iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Common questions
- Is Snug Hollow free?
- Yes. Everything in the game can be earned by playing. Honeydrop packs and the Welcome Basket are optional and just skip the wait. There are no ads and no subscriptions.
- Can my Tucklings die or run away?
- Never. If they're left alone for a while they get hungry, grubby or a little sick, and Get-Well Drops and some care put them right.
- How does folding change the game?
- Folded, the outer screen is a window onto the room your Tuckling is in, for everyday care. Open the phone and the same room opens out around it, and you can explore the whole house and the town. Half-open, some mini games use the fold. Snug Hollow also works on every iPhone.
- How do I share my Tucklings with someone?
- Open the Post Office and tap Invite a co-parent. They'll get a private iCloud invite and can help on their own phone. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud. To remove someone or stop sharing, open the Post Office and tap Manage.
- Nearby play can't find my friend.
- Both phones need to be on the same Wi-Fi, in Puddle Park, with Local Network allowed for Snug Hollow in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network. Both phones need the latest version of the game.
- I bought honeydrops but didn't get them.
- Close and reopen the game: purchases that finished while it was closed are added when it opens. If you used Ask to Buy, honeydrops arrive once the purchase is approved. Still missing? Email us with the date of the purchase.
- How do I get the Welcome Basket back on a new phone?
- Open the Honeydrop Shop and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account. Honeydrop packs are spent in the game, so they can't be restored, but a game restored from your iCloud backup keeps your honeydrops.
- How do I get a refund?
- Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I move my game to a new phone?
- Restore the new phone from an iCloud backup of the old one. If you share a home, the shared home comes back when you open the game signed in to the same iCloud account.
- How do I delete my data?
- Delete the game. That removes everything it saved on your phone. We hold no copy, so there's nothing else to delete. If you share a home, stop sharing in the Post Office first.
- My photos won't save.
- Let Snug Hollow add photos in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos. The game can only add pictures; it can never see your library.
- I'm not getting reminders.
- Make sure notifications are on for Snug Hollow in Settings › Notifications. Focus modes can also hold notifications back.
