We read every message and usually reply within a few days. It helps to include your phone model (for example iPhone 17, iPhone Duo or Galaxy Z Fold), its software version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Common questions

Is Our Father free?
Yes. The Bible, Today, the Journal, the mood quilt, blessing cards, widgets, soundscapes and the read-aloud voice are all free, with no ads. The optional Supporter subscription ($4.99 a year) unlocks the music library and helps fund what comes next.
How do I restore Supporter on a new phone?
Open Our Father, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you subscribed with.
How do I cancel Supporter?
  • iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Our Father Supporter.
  • Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription. After you cancel, Supporter lasts until the end of the year you paid for.

How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle all payments, so refunds go through them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, and on Android through Google Play's order history.
Where is my journal stored? Can I move it to a new phone?
Your journal, moods, highlights and prayers live only on your phone. We never see them. To bring them to a new phone, restore it from your iCloud backup (iPhone) or Google backup (Android).
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. That removes everything it saved on your phone. We hold no copy, so there's nothing else to delete.
I'm not getting the verse of the day.
Make sure notifications are on for Our Father in your phone's Settings, and that the daily verse is turned on in the app. Focus modes and Do Not Disturb can also hold notifications back.
The read-aloud voice sounds robotic.
On iPhone, download a better voice in Settings › Accessibility › Spoken Content › Voices (Enhanced or Premium voices sound much more natural). On Android, open Settings and look for text-to-speech output to install a voice.
My blessing card won't save to Photos.
On iPhone, let Our Father add photos in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos. The app can only add pictures; it can never see your library. On Android, no permission is needed: cards save to your Pictures folder. If one doesn't appear, check that your phone has free storage space.
Does it work on foldables?
Yes. On the iPhone Duo and Android foldables, Our Father opens like a real book across the fold.
Which Bible versions are included?
Public-domain translations in English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole and Portuguese. You can switch versions in Settings.
