Doodle Dave Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Doodle Dave (formerly called Doodle Duo) app, made by Dharyl Auguste (OSOF Studio). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which also applies. If these terms and Apple’s agreement conflict, Apple’s agreement controls.

Using the app

Doodle Dave is for personal, non-commercial use. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the app and their devices.

Optional purchases

Doodle Dave is free to download, and everything that runs on your device, including Photo Magic, is free and unlimited. There is one optional in-app purchase, processed by Apple:

• Comic Studio: a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited comics and manga. Your first comic is free. There are no subscriptions.

Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before you buy, and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. You can restore Comic Studio on a new device from the Comic Studio screen or from Settings (Grown-ups); both sit behind the grown-ups check.

Your creations

Artwork and comics you make in Doodle Dave belong to you. The coloring pages, characters (including Doodle Dave), stickers, and other content included in the app remain the property of Dharyl Auguste (OSOF Studio) and are licensed to you for use within the app and for sharing your own finished creations.

Photos you add

When you use a photo with Photo Magic, please make sure you have the right to use it. Photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
